HYPERFOCUSED! is a peer support community for those with ADHD as well as their families, friends, colleagues. It also exists to serve those who have not been diagnosed or who are just curious about ADHD as NHS waiting times locally for assessment are 3-4 years long.

We are here to support you, in time we hope to be able to deliver coaching services to people with ADHD or to support those with ADHD traits.
