I offer counselling and hypnotherapy for children and adults supporting a range of issues, particularly related to stress and anxiety. Sessions can take place both online and in person at my clinic space at Gracie B Salon in West Bridgford. My approach is friendly and down to earth, providing a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.

In addition to 1:1 therapy, I offer a range of services for relaxation and stress management, including monthly group relaxation sessions and "Mind Massage" to soothe the body and calm the mind.

These services also work well for businesses and I have worked with a number of local businesses to support employee wellbeing or provide something different to clients.I also deliver "The Relaxed Return", a workshop supporting women to feel calm, confident and in control as they prepare to return to paid work after maternity leave.
